Fantastic news :)
I have heard about it. And I dont think it is a good idea. In their conditions, with their budget and Kevin's style of driving, WRC2 events is nonsense. I will prefer to see them in more suitable championships for them, where they can more chances to fight for win and not only be "one of the field"...
He could get a Hyundai but no they instead get a Chewing gum haha, yes he is korean. But Kevin have more or less develop i20 and get no chance of driving other than few events eith r5 edition.
where to put this??? about polo r5

Story in Motorsport News today about Kalle Rovanpera doing WRC2 rounds backed by Pirelli, who will return to the sport in an official capacity.
Story also said he is tipped to join the works Skoda team, but due to them running Michelin he could run a factory spec Pirelli-shod car.
I thought Kalle was already linked with MSport?
But didn't he run Michelin tires to prepare for 2018?
And Kalle used Pirellis on the national events before Wales and Australia.
TGR Japanise Arai and Katsuta will enter 10 events 2018
5 of those are WRC2 with Fiesta R5
Sweden
Corsica
Portugal
Sardinia
Finland
So Pirelli jumping back in after DMack's decision to step back.
I hope this means the rumours of DMack (Team) entering the ERC in 2018 are true.
