I'm not convinced of that at all. I'm no one drivers fan, but I can do the math, one of the reason of Loeb's retirement is that he had realized how difficult this year will be to make it 10, if not impossible, despite VW are brand new team.Quote:

If Ogier retires from the rally, will be still keep the Power Stage point/s? Or will he loose them if he doesn't complete it?
It's a shame Loeb's and Ogier's carriers didn't overlap to much. It would have been interesting to see them fighting more... Loeb was great, now Ogier is good, but only time will tell if he is as good (or better?) as Loeb. Anyhow this year Ogier is true champion, beat all the field fair & square, just like Loeb :)
I don't know but never in WRC history has anyone scored points after retiring. In Monte Carlo they have classified last leg retirees as finishers in final overall classification but I don't recall if any of those scored points.Quote:

For the purpose of allocating points, the Power Stage Classification shall be calculated using the stage time plus any other time penalty accrued on this stage, including any false start penalty.
To score points, a driver must be classified in the Final Official Classification of the rally
But if Sordo retires on the last day does Neuville get 3 points for the powestage then?
I would say that there will be no rain on today stages, nearly no wind, temperature morning i +12..+15, next stage +16..+19 (theremight be some damp places as there was little rain overnight), final stage +18..+21.Quote:

No because Sordo was 1st on that stage, stage classification doesn't change due to retirement. Exclusion is a different matter as driver may be excluded from stage classifications as well as from final classification (or this may be just wrc.com's style).Quote:

Mads and Evgeny even slower than Martin Prokop... different set-up or something like that or... just being them?
[SS3] Sebastien Loeb (Citroen) 7:46.6 "At the moment it is going well. I was not so confident when the morning started. Already some drops (rain) in this one. It start to be muddy on the road."
he is not confident yet.... :skull: :vader: :skull: :vader:
