Barum and Ypres what are ERC rounds, sounds to me it'll be a normal program for Betti like last years, going for ERC title?
Yes, it will be normal programme for Betti, his priority is ERC. He will try to do lot of events, but still not sure how many and with which Peugeot. The article on IRC pages is little bit confusing...
It's always nice to see him, friendly guy, not the fastest but is still not slow, and doesn't crash often also.
New coat of paint and details of Mikkelsen's programme this season:

Next weekend he already start in his own country in the Mountain Rally.
Don't know if Guy Wilks has something brewing but he has this on his Facebook page: "Thank you all for the support through 2011, it wasn't the best of rides but I know 2012 will give us all something to cheer about! Happy new year!!!!!"
Breen, Barrable and Fisher trying to do some IRC events for sure Ypres they al want to do. Breen is I think sure for some IRC events.
Think he's back with JAS, presume testing the new model Civic.Quote:

Could it be for the BRC?
Only a guess Mirek about the Civic.Quote:

there are rumours about Meeke and Vouilloz with a Kronos Peugeot 207 for IRC 2012... it would be really nice for the competition...
Hope to Vouilloz comeback.
That sounds more like a dream... unless Meeke cancels his Prodrive contract?Quote:

With Mikkelsen, Hänninen and Kopecky it'll be nice battles for the win, but for last couples of years with IRC, we have settled for more. However, it is of course way too early to tell anything.Quote:

Anyone from Spain can translate the main parts of the article?
He is doing Acores and Canarias and then he will see if he can continue the season...
That was the ideal plan for him but nothing is secure.Quote:

He would like to start in Azores because he was here in 2008 and after the rally, the ferry goes right to the Canary Islands, which would be a good opportunity to save money.
According to Guy Willks status on Facebook "The Power of dreams" he should be with Honda. Maybe IRC?
Ok, it's not S2000 but a regular drive in IRC, even with a 2wd car would be good for Guy.Quote:

Restrictor rule sucks a bit.
It would be very difficult to handle if it is different than in ERC.
Hermann Gassner jr. in Red Bull Skoda for 8 IRC events in 2012!

Acores, Gran Canaria, Tour de Corse, Mecsek, Ypres, Barum, San Remo and Cyprus.
Nice. Gassner showed reasonable development last year in my opinion. Not sure why VW have overlooked him for those other two.
He was already driving Škoda in WRC, so they saw pretty well what he is capable of.
I still hoped it would change in the overall fia rules. With the 1.6t eligible in IRC rules will Mini registrate or if they don't will there be again some trouble caused by Eurosport forcing s1.6t drivers giving them a higher number?Quote:

Eurosport definately gave Superstage a hint about Snijers last year. Pretty sure about that..
But last year was different situation because 1.6T were banned in IRC.
Yep, but if the Mini not registers, I don't think they will do show any footage of the car? When Impreza's were not allowed no Impreza has been shown :D
In my opinion they should err on the side of caution when thinking about the restrictor size for the RRC cars. I would hate to have a situation in IRC or ERC where somebody could just turn up with an RRC and win everything just because he could afford a more expensive car.Quote:

Already a specific program released for those three? I would like to see a big program for Nikara, he's a typical finnish driver with talent who goes flat out everywhere..
This program is coming from Subaru Japan/STI? Chris Atkinsons SWRC is also coming from Sbaru Japan/STI?Quote:
