Hi, HEADIN
Hi, roll on rally sweden .... anyone know of any good spots on the sagen stage to watch and do wee need a rally pass for this stage? thanks in advance
Twin Cam Ireland
Is there anyone here who has bought the official program, who would be kind enough the scan the pages with the stagemaps, spectator points and GPS coordinates.
If so please get in touch by PM or e-mail: jtl (at) rallyfotografen.dk
Sadly it seems that Rally Sweden will not be releasing a program for sale online.
All details of the specialstages is on the website.
Program is just filled with "värdelöst vetande".
Like I said, I need the spectator points and GPS coordinates, these are not on the homepage.
that would be handy for us headin over as well if anyone has them for the sagen stage please send
In the old times a decent map would be enough... :cool:
I think I remember those..Quote:

The car is fast, fun and great to drive. I think it's faster than C4 WRC. I'm glad for every minute in the car. The day is almost over and we have done a lot things. We will definitely go up into the night, "said Petter Solberg.

Petter knows nothing compared to N.O.T. :DQuote:

short video of petter testing: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ougSc...layer_embedded
the sound is amazing, especially when he hits the rev´limiter.
@ΝΟΤ
it is just a link from what Petter said about his first drive with ds3 wrc.You haven t got to say yes or NOT.
@cali
that Petter said that is already faster is a bit difficult at this moment.Don t believe everything you read.He has to be ''good'' at citroen racing with a whole year of co-operation with them.
so is any ss in Sweden this year exactly same with previous years to compare?
I think we have three Manufacturers in Sweden rally :Quote:

Yes, Vargåsen, first stage on friday morning is exactly the same since 2007.Quote:

Difficult to compare from year to year, since surface, snow banks etc are not the same, but we will get an indication friday morning at least
like someone wrote here before that on certain conditions during testing new machinery is even a bit faster than the old 2.0L cars. Ofcourse this could be false as well but certainly those new cars are close enough to oled WRCars.Quote:

If I have to choose between you or Petter, then with all due respect ..... it's very easy decision :DQuote:

We were in 2010 on Varmulsassen stage and that are some good corners and jump before the finish line.Quote:

How are the road conditions over there at stages? Compared to last year and 2008 are there any similarities? Hopefully there is enough snow and ice roads!
1 more week and of to first WRC event in 2011 :hot: :hot:

Thanks a lot Harrik!! I don´t understand why they go out in the second stage?? There was totally out, when the snow disappear after the 1st pass?Quote:

The jump is quite small. Access is pretty good - just a little (about 1.5 km???) uphill climbing from alpine ski track where the parking was (at lesat in 2008).Quote:
