Mikkelsen is so fast, I hope he can keep the pace without a DNF...
Starting position today is best, no real surprise really - even if he has secured the championship. The one starting first tomorrow will probably win in the end...Quote:

Loeb is on fire on 4 !
SS4 has started...
Yep, seems like he's putting in some extra effort on this one!Quote:

JML won the SS4.
Go Jarri-Matti Go!!!
It will be a close battle, first 3 guys in only 1.9 sec. after 4 stages. Nice!
Going to be close one I think. Latvala looking quickest through the loop, especially if you consider that slight water issue.Quote:

He is on stage 4 but has as yet not got a time on ss3??Quote:

That Focus (S9 FMC) is the car I was lucky enough to sit next to McRae in at testing before Rally GB in 1999...Quote:

very close rally so far...lets see who wants it more.
Indeed. If Latv has one real issue the game is over. Citroen has 3 cars ready to take his place. Henning and Matthew are already far behind.Quote:

Right? For Ketomaa, it would be easiest (another "!") to win this straight and take the title.
SWRC before Wales
Pons 108
Prokop -4 points
Ketomaa -7 points
Sandell -9 points
If Mikkelsen wins Wales (25 points)
Ketomaa 2nd (18 points)
Sandell 3rd (15 points)
Brynildsen/Pons 4th/5th (12/10 points)
JML showing very nice pace!
Hirvonen on the other hand... Well, yeah.
You know, the story about some kind of tree disease was just BS (The reason why the shakedown was not held in Margam). They were afraid of two very powerful harvesters instead. One looks like Monster, the other reminds a Bull a little bit (rumors are telling that the color of this creature is red;-))Quote:

I think that has been the story most of his career. Last year he was at his best, but that was also greatly helped by the fact that others sucked so much last year :)Quote:

I think its clear that next year Hirvonen must be 2nd driver of the team nomatter how the season starts for him... Its a disgrace for him to show such performance this year.
Latvala leading and fighting with an inferior car shows his potential...and a championship is not far way if he keeps his consistency.
The battle is close and Solberg might have something extra to show in the folowing stages if he wants to win.
It seems very hard to belive that in Wales last year, Mikko Hirvonen was fighting for the championship, now he cannot even make it into the top 4.
Why is Loeb not pushing really? :)
Just said in Hafren 2 stage end that terrible conditions, he can't push at all, ruts full of water, slippery and difficult.Quote:

Yeah, reported that gears do not stay on and it drops to neutral all the time... He also mentioned something about starter motor problems.Quote:

Yes impressive to gain 4 seconds from a 4km stage, really good fight in general with 4 cars within 6,6 seconds.Quote:
