sure for the moment, the rumour is just a rumour ;)
The solution is here ... ?

50-50 !
yes he said that he will think for a while what to do and that its 50-50 now, it sounded like that the citroen approach is serious, not a rumour anymore.
Also he said that the starting position thing is a joke, if they dont change that he wont consider the driving.
According to Tuominen, Loeb who is now hunting his fifth championship title, probably needs new challenges from motorsport.Quote:

- But surely Loeb stick with motorsport, Tuominen continued.
According to Tuominen the information that Citroen had asked Marcus Grönholm back to WRC, may also relate to Loeb's decision to retire.
Of course this brings up the question why Citroen had asked precisely the driver like Grönholm back to WRC, Tuominen pointed out.
Now, I heard the small clips of an interview which you can find also from here.http://www.mtv3.fi/urheilu/ralli/uut...2008/09/717387
Grönholm has one clear exception for his return. WRC has to get rid of current rule of starting order. According to Marcus, all tactics has to stop. ( I salute him :) )
EDIT: Sorry Tomi, I didn't notice you already wrote that :)
Thank you all for your translate ;)
Maybe Loeb retire end of 2008, and Marcus come back in Citroen so ?
Valentino Rossi is putting his rally boots on again to drive in Rally GB later this year. No mention of what car yet. Hope he gets further than his last attempt!
Good on Marcus!Quote:

That's because it gives his drivers a better chance of winning. Nothing wrong with close competition - but this is artificial.Quote:

I also heard that Citroen were considering Sordos future.
So weather Marcus is going to team up with Sebastain, im not so sure.
It would make more sense if Loeb has stated, that if he wins 5 titles in a row, he may retire.
Citroen realise they will not win either drivers of Manufacturers title without him. Stand up the Boss.
I cannot see Marcus pitching himself again Seb... especially after a year out. He would have very little to gain.
Great news thanks..now I look forward to Rally GB :DQuote:

???
Translation from Czech fans (dont know if we have any Slovakian fans) , it says something about an drug affair connected with rallying???
They say police arested two young guys with a lot of heroine in Poprad. One of them is believed to be a rally driver. Nothing more than he is from Poprad and 25 years old.
If the FIA wants to make the WRC slower and more spectacular why don't they just return to Group B? Or only allow hard compound tires?
Both ways are nonsense. They want WRC to be less expensive at first.
That would be assuming that automotive technology hasn't developed since 1986.Quote:

Maybe have a Group N, Group B hybrid (and no i'm not talking about an electric rally car) they could easily be done with 300,000 dollars.Quote:

I also read that Rossi will participate in a rally called Rally Monza where he will drive a Ford.Quote:

Article in Swedish or Google English
There will be 2 Rossi's in the Wales GB Rally.
Loris Capirossi will drive a Suzuki of the Suzuki Rallye Cup.
I do not think that seb will retired now, his retired probably depends from the program of Citroen in WRC.Quote:

I don't think Marcus will ever return in M2 team. His name is too good to be second league...
I don't think that he will be back ever.Maybe for one or two rallies but not for whole season.
for rally drivers with bad breath...

Loeb won't enter Monte in 2009, another reason to detest the stupid rotation system.

The harder compound tyres are a much better idea.
True!!! ;)Quote:

When will common sense prevail, cheap, exciting cars; ending of the farcical Rotation system were you drop the most famous Rallies every other year.
I agree with that.
Can someone translate it? http://www.motorsport-aktuell.com/ra...aris-6602.html
