Clearly he's very fast on asphalt, as we saw from Canarias. He can't have just forgotten how to drive on gravel, it must be the balance and the set up of the hybridless + Hankook tyres. Others adapted better, Kalle and Neuville not so much...Quote:

It has been really dry in Finland and looks like it stays like that before the rally.
Cleaning usually not that big of a deal there, but this year might be worse than years before?
Recce'd Friday's stages yesterday and the first guys will definately lose a fair bit of time road cleaning.
yeah surviving mode like always for first runners on friday
will be interesting to see how Tänak manages it, he was good in 2019 even when first on the road but that was with Toyota which has always been good in low grip conditions while its Hyundais weakest point

More and more rain and thunder appearing on my forecasts apps. Frustrating for Evans, first event he is not cleaning and it could be already wet :D
Evans will be praying for rain, there will still be a lot of cleaning running second car.
If i remember correct, someone here said that it 'll be dry all the weekend, maybe its changing now.
