Yes, that is correct. Problem is with finance ministry. Cyprus left ERC calendar few years ago (not mainly because of financial issues, but it was the weakest event in the terms of interest of drivers in combination with costs and rough surface). There was a plan to put them as last round of ERC this year after "killing" the Hungary, but it didnt happened. We will see what will be the future.
