I _was_ looking forward to the race....but they finally made the right decision to red flag it. Feh.

And here's where that expertise got her in qualifying on the ovals last season :-

KAN 9th
IND 23rd
TXS 8th
IOW 9th
CHI 12th
KTY 17th
MOT 12th
HOM 12th

It's better than her record on other types of tracks, granted, but to claim it's "awesome" or indicative of a likely challenge for pole is something of a stretch, even by your standards. I'd love to know how you can discern she's likely to be challenging for poles on the basis of the above. Top ten maybe, but top six is unlikely and I'd wager pole is vanishingly so.

This is IndyCar! The clock is kept secret until someone says there are only 5 minutes left.

Then we get races like the 2008 Rexall Edmonton Indy where the 2 hour time limit stopped the race after 1 hour 51 minutes
