Do you not rank Martin Prokop among "top S-WRC drivers" (3rd in the championship this year)? And there will be for sure more of them, especially from SWE, NOR or FIN and maybe EST.

And a weather report: Between 15-25 cm of snow last week and have been cold a couple of months now, always below zero. So not so much ice yet.
