agree with you NOT.
all the previous good rally cars may had reliability problems from start, but all were fast from first ss.
maybe cause prodrive ''forced'' to use s14 in Acropolis,it is not finished yet in terms of speed?

well maybe....and i wish its that way...but i highly doubt it....and what would be the benefits of using a non ready car early??
to finish earlier the work progress for speed-reliability?
at rallies only you can measure the speed vs other cars in same conditions.
it is good to have 3 competitors instead of two,but even i doubt that is going to be fast.
previous years with 3 competitors for the win, were much more interesting.
ie mitsubishi-ford-subaru(1995-2000) or in gr B with audi-lancia-peugeot
we´ve also got a small video online of sebastien loebs test for rallye germany: www.rallye-mad.com

Subaru seems to lack some engine performance and in the video you could see Märtin's driving style which should be very precise - it looks slow but the clock tells you different story. But you are right, it looks like it does not have too much acceleration coming out from corners.
Surely that was a recce run of the Subaru testing?
Not only did it look slow, it also looked mind-numbingly boring in a Focus type of way :(
It was not one run, it was 4 days of testsQuote:

It doesn't look faster than the Suzuki WRC on it's debut in Corsica last year :SQuote:
