Super times for Basso and Perico on SS1 Ciocco :bounce:
Ucci 12th so far, first of R2s ;)
But the Twingo boys(especially Crugnola)haven't their times yet...
Edit: finally Crugnola almost same time as Chentre, meaning behind both Ucci, Cunial and Carella in R2 ;)
SS2 Ciocco: Basso and Perico in front again ;)
Chentre was 6" faster than Cunial and is now in front of him... :)
Is Scandola still sleeping today? He´s losing almost a sec/km compared to Basso.
Ucci is complaining of the gap the CSAI puts between each non priority crews(1' is the one for him)and he always catch his predecessor in stage :mark:

No Scandola on SS7
Edit: it was a mistake,...he's here now ;)
Some thoughts after the 1st day in Tuscany: Basso in the convincing lead-a bit of surprise, but his opponents showed almost no resistance, that makes his work easier. The biggest disappointment so far Umby Scandola, WTF is happening to him??? Perico average.....About Rossetti-welcome in N4/R4 club!! Crap car, crap stage times.....
So to the 2WD class: pitty for Cempedelli's retirement, new leader is Bosca with Clio R3, but look who behind him?? The old fox Paolo Andreucci with a small P208 R2, very good drive for him. The young guns in the same class or even with stronger machinery (DS3, Clio R3) must be furious. There were strong rumors few last years in CIR that the championship was just a opportunity for old, already established drivers, no young couldn't start a career...and now, as they have an excellent opportunity to beat Andreucci with the same weapon, they fail to do it....And when the old fox will be the first in Italy to drive a R5, we will again hear craying....
Yep, the 208 R2 between hands of Ucci is very impressive(9th overall after day one) :)
Ciocco is finished: congratulations for the opening victory to Basso/Dotta, the Munaretto prepared 207 worked perfectly. I hope he will find extra money for the whole CIR 2013.
Perico can be also satisfied, second place is a solid way to start the season. By contrast, Scandola has to clean up his minds, this event has to be forgotten as soon as possible.
A big smile on the face of Andreucci and a lot of joy for the Racing Lions Team: 208R2 proved to be a winning car in the R2 class. Of course with an appropriate driver, Andreucci showed no mercy against his rivals.
So, roll on to the Mille Miglia.
Despite finishing 3rd in R2(14th), Andrea Carella won the Juniors class ;)

Entrylist for this week-end's Rally Conca d'Oro, first round of gravel championship ;)
http://www.rallyconcadoro.it/wp-cont...-DOro-2013.pdf
Next week will be held also second round of CIR, famous Rally Mille Miglia ;)
Finally even Travaglia is no match for Colombini who is clearly leading after 3 stages Conca d'Oro :mark:
Excellent debut for french driver Loïc Mattei, 4th overall in his Mitsubishi ;)
Ricci won the Rally Conca d'Oro. Colombini was only 4th. Travaglia didn't finish the rally. He was in the 2nd position when he retired.
Why 2 minutes penalty for Colombini
Entrylist Rally 1000 Miglia ;)

Don't forget the event is no longer in ERC, explaining the poor number(of S2000s especially)... :mark:
Biggest disappointment to me: NONE DS3 R1 wereas the event was the first one of te Citroën Trophy Juniors Italy(and limited to 8 crews) ;(
German driver Nicki Schelle(ex-Suzuki S1600)at the wheels of a 206 WRC at Liburna Ronde Terra(gravel event)this coming week-end ;)

After SSS 1000 Miglia Scandola fastest ahead of Albertini and Perico, fastest R3 was Tosini, fastest R2 was Chentre ;)
Rally FICr
This morning's SS2 Mille Miglia already interrupted
Edit: mess with 40 spectators who refused to go to secured zones !!! Were they drunk ???
MM: On the longest stage, the famous Pertiche, Umberto Scandola made the gap! Bad luck for Albertini, I suppose puncture.
Mille Miglia: What a fight! Scandola loosing time on last stage yesterday, starting as second overall with 20 seconds gap to leader Perico into last two stages today. Cavallino, 14 km each. First run, Scandola 10.4 faster then Perico! Last stage just finished: Scandola won that stage, but only by 4.4 seconds, so Alessandro Perico winner Rallye Mille Miglia 2013, and new Leader in CIR! Congrats!
My sincere congratulations to Alessandro Perico, he finally made it!! His second victory in CIR after 2005 San Remo with Clio S1600. Apparently winning this year CIR title will not be as easy task for Umberto Scandola as it first seemed.
Again incredible times from Paolo Andreucci, sixth place at the end (on the 7th stage he even managed third best time), less than 30 seconds behind much stronger Clio R3 and 1min30sec in front of his first rival with equal car, that is something to admire...
And now to the gravel stages of Rally Adriatico. Looking forward to this event.
Chardonnet-De la Haye are doing Rally del Adriatico (18-19 May) in their Citroen DS3 R3T.
The rally Adriatico will begin its season even Alex Bettega with Citroen DS3 R3T.
In CIR, in place of the Rally di Gubbio-San Crispino, came the Rally Costa Smeralda, who will race in the same evidence and date of Rally Italia Sardegna.
Corsican driver Jean-Marc Manzagol in Rally Bellunese this week-end ;)
And Lucca Rosseti with Clio R3. IMHO he and Tagliapietra with DS3R3T will fight for the first place in 2WD class.Quote:

Why no Elwis Chentre this time
After all the Adriatico entry list is not so disastrous....some interesting names will be present: Lategan, Boland, Paolo Diana (the famous Fiat 131 driver at San Marino Legend Rally), Kristiansen, Chardonnet, Alessandro Bettega....
Lategan testing yesterday:Quote:
