Once you go over the sign where TC area ends it's not allowed to come back. If they take the card over the sign and he comes there... It's grey area I believe.

Would be seriously stupid if the battle ends with that mistake. Why did he rush like that? Nerves are getting to him as well I guess.

Ogi is stopped with other drivers. So he didn't stop after finish.
