nobody expects for mini to be a winning car any time soon, not even next year, but to have resspectable results some times is the only thing you need to keep you into the sport for some time (look at ford)...when was the last time you saw a manufacturer getting a podium finish(if they do) on their intruduction year with limited program ??? I can only name citroen....so i guess mini is on good track to have a car that the competition should not take lightly...Quote:

When the Focus', 206, Xsaras or Corollas were starting they were not that far. Perhaps didn't get podiums but were winning stages.
IMO they are a bit too far if they think of winning something some day.
Looks more like an extension of Subaru's campaign to me.
