Surely he means ice. I can't see there being a lack of snow for this rallyQuote:

I will be interested to see how the 2 cars compare in Sweden. I think PG is probably the best driver in the class, but Mikkelsen is pretty good too. Generally I would say if Mikkelsen is very close or ahead and if Tuohino is close then the Fiesta is very good.. although of course this is only one type of rally.
Swedish Radio's info site for Rally Sweden 2010:

Rally Driver Ramona Karlsson will blogg from RS at

The problem of lack of ice surface on the rally is not only the weather conditions, but many of the roads in the rally are only used for the rally during the winter. As there is no traffic normally, snow will not be packed on the surface.
Nobody was to recce today?
Any pics of the service park and the situation on the stages?
If - and it´s if - Anders Gröndal will deal well with his gravel conditions I think his car will be perfect for the RS.
It sounded very strong engine with 33mm restrictor and I think he will be at top three in N4/S2000.
god... you're a bit of a dumbass, really really. buy yourself a set of bfg GE or whatever wintertyres and go flat out. try full snow, gravel and then ice. where do you find best grip? which of the conditions preserves tyres the most? and where do you have the most fun?Quote:
