I really don't see the point. As I mentioned before there are 200+million firearms in the United States of America, and I cannot see any procedure, protocol that could possibly be effective in anyone's lifetime to take back guns. All that can be done is a voluntary handback of guns but I cannot see that happening either. In other words , citizens of the United States of America are in a Catch 22 situation, and the only solution is when the "Good Guys" shoot all the "Bad Guys" like the Rifle Association advocates.
