Alright, here's one.
The smallest county in England is Rutland, but only for half of the year. Why would that be, and which is the smallest county for the other half of the year?
Koz has been closest so far with the reason. Once you get the reason, you should also get the other county.
I dunno... something to do with the annual deposit of silt from a river?

Close enough, methinks. :cool: The answer is actually simply tides. At low tide, Rutland is the smallest county in England, whereas at high tide, county X is the smallest. Half and half. ;)Quote:
