Have You forgotten his crazy nights stages in Wales few years a go when he was fighting for the title (if I remember some totally without lights)? One crash in the night is one crash in the night, nothing more.

Rallydriving contains many different skills, why not driving in the dark. It will again introduce notes at a higher level than what it has been in quite a few years now.
If you are afraid it is not fair, you can have a service just before dark, so all starting field from number one, begins on the next stage in full darkness.
One can of course also have this in a sprint rally.

If we include to compare drivers from the past to now. I would like to see anyone who could be able to follow Marku Alen on Finnish roads in fog at night.
I will also include chick from France in Audi on British stages in heavy rain in the dark.
Drivers of today, of course, no real experience of darkness, but that does not mean that it should not be introduced again.

Today will be a very muddy day. It rained all night.

Can´t wait until second leg begins today. First sleeping all morning after one nights work at the NPP, just to wake up to the first stage later on today. Exciting!

Should be an interesting day for sure, hope Latvala and Solberg can capitalise. Only 7.5 hours to go..

Prodrive have some things still to perfect on the 01B it seems. Does anyone know what caused this mechanical fault? I can't believe they still haven't got all the gremlins out of the car...
