On the short clip shown from Suninen's onboard before Neuville started showed quite big paddles on the road. It's also raining constantly on their windscreens. Could be more water on the road by the time Latvala and Tänak come through...

Can't wait to see Latvala's splits when he starts. Hard to tell if it's wet enough or not

you have to remember that wet tyres can be destroyed very easily at very few dry/dump kms.
