Solberg on 50-50 decision re 2024 M-Sport Rally1 drive, plus his mental health after Hyundai ...

Nice warm-up event for the Gus Greensmith on the Rallye Tierra altas de Lorca gravel. It was a mixture of dry and dusty plus some very heavy rain which could well be the case in Kenya.
Probably having to drop Monster as a sponsor played the most significant part in that decision by Oliver. And the part that Petter left M Sport twice not in the best terms...
...but quick enough to win the first round of the British championship:

quick doubt: is this "citroen team" in wrc a "factory" team? i know its a team from belgium, but i dont understand if it is actual citroen behind them, like in motocross where kimi raikkonen's team is literally the european kawasaki factory team
I think it's the thing with cheaper fees. When it's official brand's entry it's automaticaly more expensive. One example: when you inquiry for a party place/picnic... and you say it's for marriage, it will be 3 times more expensive and when you say it will be for some birthday or random picnic, it's their regular price.
Pepe Lopez will race in other team and with other Rally2 model.

This is a rumours thread.
Yes, it's the official Citroen team. Both Rossel and Gryazin are supported by the factory. You can see their press releases on the offcial website of Stellantis - the owner of Citroen brand:

Wow, impressive work really by the team and Meeke. As I gather some slight advantage with the tyres, is that true? But then you also have offical Hyundai team recognizing their rally2 car is lacking.
Shame Meeke will have to hold a margin on first day in Portugal, as afterall it's Hyundai Portugal caring about the title and they are giving him the drive. And Armindo seems to always be there in 2nd!
Ruben Rodrigues seemed to have the measure of Armindo until that puncture in SS4, but other than that, nobody in the national championship seemed to be making any inroads.
Pepe Lopez moved to Past Racing. Now he will drive Ford Fiesta Rally2.

In short, having another driver in the team helps.

Looks like something went wrong with the updates on the Hyundai, i didn't even realise Suninen was there until he popped up with a decent time on one of the SSS.
That was the talk before the season yeah, but something must gone wrong. Both driverpairings have been really quiet and almost "missing" from normal coverage aswell. Not sure what is going on, but sure is that the car is slow. Really slow. There are some drivers there with better pace who are not even close at the speed really.
Paddon just did quite well with it on similar ERC Sweden.
I agree that as drivers right now they should be on about same level. Which makes Suninens pace in Poland strange.
