He said in the video the helmet design is also for his sister who lives in Ireland, along with many other Poles...
And regarding the flag issue here, I notice ERC Junior Chris Ingram has changed from his usual 'Union Jack' livery to the 'Peugeot 30' design just for this event ...

Top 15 on Q.S.
Believe Alastair Fisher will be in much better position tomorrow than today's shakedown times.....
Emil Bergkvist shines as well!!
This is first time I have seen three different results of qualify...
Official version of qualify results is on this link: http://forum.autosport.cz/viewtopic....p=77101#p77101
Sorry I cannot put here different link or upload it here, but wi-fi in service is falling (due to lot of people and also another rain)
Robert Barrable fastest on Circuit of Ireland Qualifying Stage for the second year in a row !
Kajto close behind in Second, then Breen, who said, '3rd fastest in Qualifying, small issue to fix for tomorrow. Looking forward to the rally start.'
And Greer wasn't holding back on the QS:

And Consani in the new car:

Roads already damp and looks like more rain to come overnight - choice of road position will be important as mud will be dragged onto the tarmac..

I was at the qualifing stage today, I was very impressed with the overall driving from the European visitors, Lukyanuk was spectacular to watch but will have to tidy his driving if he wants to be quick and get to the finish(no surprise) But Inessa was spectacular and pretty quick too, this was a nice surprise!
I drove through the area of tomorrows stages this evening, there was heavy rain and a lot of standing water, although local forecasts for tomorrow are good I expect the 1st stage will start on wet roads and would expect for the 1st loop that the stages will damp at best, those running later on the road will suffer.

First car into Stage One... this is the conditions...

It is windy and wet on the first stage. Barrable fastest so far, ahead of Breen and Kajto.
Weather in Ireland according to PLuto :)

Tricky start with mud on the road. Barabble will profit from his starting position. Breen stille with engine issues.. Good start from Consani in the new car.
Great site for split times: http://www.rallyscore.net/263/Circui...nternational/#
(Just click on the stage number and option there for split times..)
Poor time from Lukyanuk on the first stage. He loses as much as 29 seconds, because he doesn't want to push too much. It seems he doesn't want to repeat the mistake from Liepaja:
"We are starting carefully because I cannot feel the grip on this road. We are slowly building our confidence. We are learning, I don't want to push myself too much."
Local drivers showing great speed - Kajto and Consani the only non British/Irish drivers in the Top Ten, surprising.
What a time for Bergkvist!
