Well, this new generations... :D
just white would have been better...
RMC i such an unpredicted rally I believe anything can happen depending on weather conditions. Loebs comeback will irritate Ogier I think. And the outcome will be Ogier getting stuck in a plowbank and retiring.
Ostberg might be the joker this time?
is it so hard for you a Loeb conversation? 2 week patience, and it will get over.If pain is insufferable there are Loebphobia pills, last solution i can give you.

It would be incredable if Loeb with his age can fight for top 3.
If he wins or ending lying a ditch he will be having lot's of fun driving. Most of us sitting behind a laptop or standing alongside the stages with a telephone camera in our hand!
Nice pictures. thanks!
What car number will Loeb have?
Mads Østberg @MadsOstberg

Citroen's Yves Matton on Monte:
Citroen Racing principal Yves Matton says the one-off return of Sebastien Loeb to the team has given the manufacturer a boost as it seeks a return to winning ways in the 2015 World Rally Championship.
Loeb and co-driver Daniel Elena guided the manufacturer to an unprecedented nine World Rally Championship wins between 2004 and 2012, a dominant run of success that has earned him the mantle as one of motorsport's greatest competitors.
Having retired in 2013 to pursue a career in circuit racing, most recently with Citroen in the World Touring Car Championship, Loeb will kick-start his 2015 season with a one-off outing on the Monte Carlo Rally.
Though it is his first event since the Rallye de France in 2013, Loeb is nominated to score points and is being tipped to add to his seven wins on the event. If he does, it will be Citroen's first WRC win since the 2013 Rally Germany.
“Monte-Carlo is a very important rally for Citroën Racing,” says Matton. “The context at the start of the season, with the one-off return of Sébastien Loeb and Daniel Elena, makes it all the more special! We know that they will come under great scrutiny and that just the fact of being here will cause a stir. For the entire team, this first round has been eagerly awaited.
“We'll get to see the results of several months of work. The DS 3 WRCs have been upgraded with the aim of increasing performance. Our rivals have undoubtedly made improvements too, so we have to manage to remain competitive.
“Our aim is to remain among the best and the efforts of the team, its experience, the return of Sébastien Loeb and the progress made by Kris Meeke and Mads Østberg are our strengths.”
Latvala:
"I aim for a place in the top four. It would be an achievement for me because I have never done beyond fifth place on this very difficult rally. I clearly not going to risk it all to win this rally. I am already excited to see the end.."

I am travelling next Saturday to the Turini. I'll spend the night in the Col for the first time, sleeping in a car. Does anybody know what time will the road be closed from La Bollene Vesubie? I was trying to find information in inforoute (the usual pdf), but it seems they haven't uploaded it yet.
Some advice will be welcome (What time does Trois Vallees & Les Chamois' bar close? How much time is needed to leave the Col after the rally? Is the weather really cold? :) etc.).
welcome back Kielder.
Waiting some very quickly news and photos from Turini as stages are running.Have a nice rally mate.
I can't help You with road closures but maybe a little bit with the rest. From my experience the weather on Turini feels usually colder than it actually is. It's relatively close to the sea and there is quite humidity which doesn't help at all. Definitely take a lot of warm clothes and good shoes. It's a long day there out in the cold. I have never been on Turini for WRC event but even in IRC it took a lot of time to get out of there. There is always huge number of cars and the traffic moves sloooooowly. If I remember when the stage ended around midnight we got to Menton around 3 a.m.
Anyway enjoy!
Hi dimviii,
I left after the "like button affaire". It was very difficult to me following the threads without that tool because I hadn't time enough. There was some issues with the WRC pickems results too...
I believe I won't carry the camera with me. I'm going to feel the Turini, our religion says that we have to do it once in our lifetime. :)
Thank you for your help, Mirek. I´ll take it into account.
Any information about bars' closing-opening times?
I am back for a while now and I will be back in Portugal too. I'll go to recognize the stages before the event, giving you some information about them. Some of the old and new roads are minutes from home.
Happy to post and read again at the best rallying forum.

Of course you're right. I know I'll only see a residue of what it used to be, but we are in the 21st century. People who will go to Fafe or Lousada this year won't know what it was like in the 90's either.
What matter is that I will always be able to say that I spent a whole night at the Turini talking to other rallying fans.
Loeb get back to sort that one out... >>> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ocge3L_TmQw
