Usual story, nothing outside first few in each class. No doubt something will turn up later. Although Daniel and Dean should be blowing their own trumpet at such a big event. I think the whole car is quite different to the other R5s. Only time will tell but I find it hard to believe there would be anything fundamentally wrong with it after all that testing. Anyway, Pontus was the fastest R5 on shakedown but we'll see what the rally proper will bring.Quote:

Went to Guimarães today. Great spectacle seeing those cars being driven on those World Heritage beautiful roads. Great setting for the cerimonial start! I bet the photos with the castle appearing behind look great.
The Mayor of Ponte de Lima just spoke on the television and said that the 'epicentre' of the fire is in fact where the special stage is due to take place. He also said that the authorities are doing everything they can to allow the special stage to take place normally and also said that the info he has right now is that no decision was made at the moment regarding cancellation.
