That they are late is almost meaningless (compare it to a light from dead star), the fact that they are too often missing splits is more important in my view.
Mikkelsen on top again... Latvala 0.1 faster than Ogier.
133 km/hr average speed on this one...
av. speed 133,2 km/h :)
For me it's just annoying to hear driver at the stage end and on the splits page he still doesn't have time on the penultimate split, not to mention anything about the stage time.
If the splits are that much late, then missing splits aren't that big of an issue. If they'd be on time, then it's another story, in my opinion.
Thanks to both. Both ways aren't really easy to find for somebody who hasn't done it ten times before. I was asking specifically if there is some easy and first sight visible way and sadly I can see there isn't. For em this is another issue with wrc.com. It looks nice but some important stuff like this is quite well hidden...
Besides, you get the same info from

a little bit faster

Social media (Twitter, Facebook) is out of bounds for me.
Paddon fastest at split 1?
The Hyundai's starting to be fast, let's hope they hold.
seems that clean road played a role there for backstarters
They won't but it's refreshing for a change... :D
And long wait for the next one over the border...
Karl Kruuda is first through but it seems that yesterday's pop-off valve problems have not been solved. "It's a nice wake up call but we didn't manage to fix the problem. We only did some changes in the mapping and there is some misfiring in the engine," he said.

Stunning time for @haydonpaddon through opening stage of the morning. Car dropping oil though from front right.

So going off is also a breach of Art 14.2?
That means the start time has been put back by 18 minutes to 11.43. So we'll allow you to take a break, and put the coffee pot on. Mine's with two sugars please!

I know they are clamping down on this in circuits - but this is ridiculous..... As if the sport doesn't have bigger issues......
4 R2 in the same second !!!! Amazing fight....As also in the R3T
Hirvonen so slow...
What is wrong with Mikko??? He is the most experienced wrc driver at the moment and blames the notes...
"More than two wheels outside its limits". I think is not against cutting, but more so against when cutting turns into short cutting. Last year in Rally Finland, SS Painaa 1, one of the last corners (left) had a grass area on the inside of the corner and few top drivers drove over it, cutting the corner. For the second run of the stage (Ppowerstage) a stewards' communication was issued that prohibited such action.
Drivers are already complaining about the ruts. I wonder how bad it'll be on second run... will it again be carnage stage?
is the next stage live on BT Sport or something?
Probably due to this kind of cutting. https://www.facebook.com/#!/photo.php?v=724314050960031
this says that it is live http://www.locatetv.com/uk/listings/bt-sport-2-hd
but they show the repeat from yesterday
In regards to cutting: In contrast to racing, rallying takes place on public and private roads. The destruction of the roads, and the surroundings, can lead to the owners of the roads, the farm fields etc, refusing to lend out the roads to our sport. Tires with to much friction, and cutting is two "probems" in this matter.
In Sweden they are already developing a gravel tire that is to cause less wear on the roads.
There has been a clamp down in corner cutting in BTCC, but it seems a bit unnecessary in WRC (within reason).
