Loeb -5,5 at last split!
i think none wants to do the 48kms stage tommorow being first on the road......latvala has to extend his lead if he wants to have a chance.
Now Loeb 26,2 behind Mikko. At morning was 46,8
Who says sweeping is an issue in this roads?
Latvala will try to have as much gap as possible, but not a problem.
dust + early sun is more of a problem for on going cars.
without the penalty Loeb would be just 6 seconds behind....
Maybe a couple more seconds since he would have been one position ahead in starting order plys pushing might not have been so agresssive.Quote:

N.O.T Citroen Friends... :(

Refresh my memory: is tomorrow's 48,21 km stage longest stage in WRC since when? Germany's Panzerplatte last year was 48 kms sharp.
juwra.com doen't provide such a statistic i think...i can only find longest stage distance overall....it would be nice to add it as a stat if it isn't there.
I remember a 50-51 km stage in Japan, some years ago... am I right?

It lists longest and shortest stages per year, as well as some other niche data.

Loeb 857 min penalty? That's joke?
Latvala continues to lose...until he finds the limit of the new stage grip.
It wasn't there a while ago now it is 857min :)
big push by Ogier...
Latvala slower than this mornings ogiers time....by 7 seconds.....
Ogier matches his morning time......ok.
Seems that Ogier is the onlyone who is on new tires on this stage. Lets see what happens in next stages.
To confirm what i was saying about sweeping not really an issue in Argentina, time between repeated stages do nto vary that much, see Latvala Las Jarillas 1; 12m 27,6 s; Las jarillas 2 12m 28,8s
<petter <solberg 12:33 first pass, 12m 30 second pass.
yes seems that sweeping is not much of an issue......Latvala is not good at driving without brake points and lines then ??
56 seconds to the leader now......very very interesting especially that the good stages for him are infront and tommorow he cuold have a very nice starting position....
I'm starting to loose faith in Mikko.
you are a couple of years late...Quote:

SS19 Cabalango 2 3.9km 12:10

That was a very short Powerstage :/
Yes, this is the shortest so far. Well, usually they cover only approximately 4km of powerstage with TV picture, so does not matter much for the TV spectator :-)
Mmmmh becomes interesting this end of leg :)
