Quite strabge starting order...
I think its due to FIA seeding, Hanninen and Duval are both FIA A seeded, whilst Basso, Solowow, Van den Heuvel, Meeke & Wilks are all B seeds. Strange how Hanninen will be car 1 though... If this was a gravel event, Kopecky would be laughing, as would Tsjoen, Bengue and Betti.
Can't wait for this event to get under way, possibly the international rally of the year. All Ypres needs now is an english rally radio...
Thanks WWBROE ;)
With all the cutting of the corners it is perhaps better to start up front??
only the first 5 have FIA priority

The Fabia sounds unspeakably awesome over the jump in the middle of this clip:

Can't wait for Ypres, should be a classic. Tom, I think Peugeot will have a tough job to beat Skoda this time, even with your 12 car armada :D
Test of Freddy Loix and Kris Meeke today:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uvtP64Xo7DY
Freddy drove better times than Meeke but that's obvious because it's Meeke's first time here. Neuville will probably test tomorrow :)
@RS that's the of car who's on his limit of speed :)
;)

I think Meeke find it hard to match Freddie with his knowledge of stages. But to me in video Meeke looks more committed, and loading car slightly more.
Great pictures Tom!
Many cows with strange colours. :D
Livery Snijers...

Rumours also say he was reasonably quicker than Tsjoen!

when will be the stage maps (proper maps) on line?
if you go to stage maps on the website now there comes only a google map with shakedown and "important places" in ieper....
thx in advance
wrc1
you have to click on SS Day 1 or SS Day 2 below..
At this page of the website you have to click on day 1 or day 2 at the bottom of the page, then you will see the stages of that particular day. :DQuote:
