Best livery?

Something that stand out, like it or not, is the Karl Kruuda me3 liveries. I absolutely love them:

Edit: and yes, I know that's a replica, but think camera angle captures the look of the livery better.

Why WRC teams haven't brought any special deliveries for selected events, generally it would be easy way to get more media coverage. Overall many WRC deliveries are quite moderate which might not appeal to young audiences.

joint 3rd Marlboro Lancer and Castrol Celica, but I admit being influenced by nostalgia :D When those liveries were active I was just a kid, but they were "popular", mostly thanks to videogames.

The black Fiesta with the White decals was very cool as a one off. I also liked the Martini Rosso livery the Lancia ran at San Remo in 1989.
