Bouffier is good enough on gravel I think, Guigou did few french gravel championships as well. They should be good enough imo :)

A performance comparison between the Corsa and the 208 would be nice :D
By the way, latest news from Peugeot-Sport: 145 orders up to date(accross Europe in december)for the 208 Rally 4 and there will be 80 deliveries at the end of the year ;)
I think there will be also several 208 Rally 4 in south american championship next year
These changes were discussed here on the forum a lot during last two months. There isn't any big drop of power expected because the engines were unable to fully use a 33 mm restrictor anyway. It will likely slow down the Peugeot a little bit more than the Fiesta because its larger engine was probably gaining somewhat more from the larger restrictor.
To be precise, there was no restrictor at all until now
If some Rally5 cars were close to Rally4’s they will be even closer with 2021 rules, as Rally5 won’t get a restrictor and will keep the same weight scale: 1030kg up to 927cc, 1080kg over.
Rally4 cars won’t certainly be so fast as they were last year and besides the restrictor the Fiesta will also carry more 50kg (1080kg is the new weight limit for every Rally4).
Btw, on Rally3 there will be no weight or restrictor size difference, despite allowing cars from 927cc up to 1620cc (1210kg and 30mm for all); with no 1.6L engines available on the 208 and Clio ranges, it remains to be seen if Peugeot and Renault will enter Rally3.
