Ok. He got two big penaltys. Beyond the 2 minute that was on IRC results, he had another one of 2m30, both for being late

Same thing, he hasn't even contact with Skoda or Skoda NL it was all from sponsors of Belgian and Dutch rallyworld. I think Barum will be indeed important for Skoda, If Kopecky there retires I think they'll bring Hanninen back for the title and let them enter the rest of the events.

First of my photos as a taster - 35mm shots should be up next week (Goodwood Festival means next w/e is fully occupied :D
What a great time I had, things we learnt:-
The Punto lacks performance to really be competitive any more.
Wilks has got the ability to get some podiums this year.
When Proton get their new engine, PG and Basso will be up near the top.
Hans Weijs Jr is as good as I've been saying - I'd really like to see him take on Tanak at Rally Germany in SWRC.
The Mini is getting better all the time.
Can anyone who was at the finish ceremony (or has been told) tell me why Van Der Heuval's co-driver Martine was crying during the interviews? (it was all Dutch to me)
Just working out the one top 10 prediction poster compared to mine.

She's quitting her codriving career. Very hard time for her recovering from the nasty accident they had in Germany last year. Naturally she's emotional.

Didn't really expect more from the Punto here; if Madeira had stayed in IRC I think Rossetti would have been closer to the front there (and Sanremo, but he won't do that either)

Wilks has at least the ability for podiums and maybe wins. He surprised me on Ypres.

Are Proton planning a new version of the current engine or are you referring to a future 1.6T engine?

From what I gathered, speaking to one of the Proton Mechs on Saturday night, there is a new version of the current engine in development to improve the reliability and speed of the Neo S2000. Also, they seemed very happy with the performance of Basso and PG, when running!
