Think it did a few events with Krzysztof Holowczyc in both Poland and in the WRC.

Emmanuel Katto might have used it in 2000 which could explain why it is Uganda.

The 1st pic is Thomasse, at the Rallye de la Sainte Baume 2002.

Anybody know who are the Subaru driver/s from 3.30 onwards please and the year? Could be the same driver but start numbers are 2 and 3, so 2 different events:
