So Evans actually lost more time saving tyres on the short previous stage than he did on the long one. If a gamble it didnt pay off...:(
Camilli stoped to change a puncture, and finished the stage just 11,6 slower from the wrc2 pro leader.
Budar saying the same as mentioned here, that maybe they didn't focus enough on tarmac (thinking they were good).
Says they first plan for tarmac development before germany. Dampers and difs here are same as last year.

if the car was not understeering (that much) last year and they didn't do any development and/or changes it shouldn't start to understeer now...

Very short shighted point of view, as usual Eddie.
Look at it this way: Evans would have lost a shit load more time than he did, if he didn’t save his tyres on the earlier stage. By doing what he did, he’s only still a couple of seconds off Tanak, meaning he’s very much within striking distance, should Tanak suffer the smallest of glitches.
Thought you were an M-Sport fan... you should be buzzing that Evans, on pace alone, is so close to first place in Corsica.
There’s not many would have bet a fiver on that at the start of the year. If he gets second here and he’s fought so closely to Tanak, it will be like a win for him and the team.
Not all first places are victories.
