Pontus Tidemand is the next to test a Fiesta RS WRC this Friday.
He's driven it quite a lot before in Ingemar Svensson's car.Quote:

Apart from Reeves and Tidemand, today Elfyn Evans, Jose Suarez & John MacCrone are getting hour-long runs in the Fiesta RS WRC too. It's a prize for being the Top 5 of the WRC Academy.
When was VW testing in Sweden again? I have the whole week off work before xmas, maybe i can get some footage if it's at that time. Nobody told me when they were in Norway last winter so :( I think it's the only test with no footage!
It's not the only one, don't get so frustrated ;)
I think next week they will go to Sweden. But not 100% sure.Quote:

It'll be good to get feedback from Gronholm also. I wonder if this will reflect his future drive...Quote:

What is with the steam/smoke? A new tactic to slow down the next car behind on the stage.... :)Quote:

Mads Ostberg
In the previous link we can read how the M-Sport's tests are scheduled:
Today: Ostberg.
Tomorrow and Thursday: Novikov.
Friday: Ostberg (extra day due to the mechanical problems).
Saturday: Hanninen (it isn't said if he will test on Sunday too).
Then another driver will test the Fiesta.
very good video!!Quote:

broken engine(piston or piston ring or head gasket)Oil inside the combustion chamber.Burns inside the cylinder with the air-fuel mixture and create this white-blue smoke.Fire at exhaust tail was due to oils inside the very hot exhaust pipeQuote:
