Today's onboards aren't there yet, they usually appear the next day.

So following Ogier/Budar, Loeb should have been penalized on top of already loosing time.

according to autosport.. inside line was barricaded off on recce' but not on first pass' it was on 2nd pass it... so I'd put this down to marshalling issue.. if you approaching this at 80mph.. you have not time to figure out if there should be tape there or not. ogier did.. and hit bridge. he should just get over it.
