Sound connection from the end of the stage only needs an Iridium phone with some 300 USD to buy the phone l + 1-2 USD min/charge. Cant see how that is unrealistic from the money point of view.

Also they mentioned they have some satellite link (guessing Inmarsat), but they "didn't take it with them to the stage cause it didn't work last time". Oh well, professionalism.

I've used Iridium and Inmarsat phones before.

Ogier´s speed is pretty poor... slowest ford. Not looking for Champ
