You also have to remember Wilson has been driving the car lately in testing/development where as PG hasnt driven one or tested so would no where near be on the pace. Plus I suspect the fact that PG would have to adapt to Giovanni would also slow him down.

Adapting to Gio will also be a problem for MW, unless Signor Bernacchini has mastered Cumbrian vowel sounds! Also what is this 'pace' of which you speak?

It will be alot easier for Wilson as Gio delivers the notes in English for Nasser and that is Wilsons 1st langauage, when you try and get a driver who is used to notes in Swedish to drive to notes in English (and write them in English) you always going to have an extra barrier, added to an unfamiliar car with no testing?

I co-drove on the Isle of Man for a Belgian driver and that was tough, the notes were written in a Flemish style, and read in English so it took the driver alot more time to work out what was coming up.

I will leave home in half an hour, take the ferry across the Baltic tonight and arrive tomorrow at the rally area. Bring on Sweden!

1. Hänninen
2. Latvala
3. Hirvonen
4. Nikara
5. Ketomaa

Seriously, throw in Loeb and Östberg and throw out Nikara and Ketomaa we could have a top 5 there. Oh wait, Ogier's running too... and Novikov... hmm. It'll be a nail-biting weekend!

Very Finnish guess :) .... I support Finnish drivers all the way :D ....... wish Nikara and Hänninen will do good in this rally.

I live approx 50 km south of Fredriksberg, and we had about 15 cm last night. It's still snowing but not so heavy, and it will continue tomorrow and halfway into thursday according to local forecast :) so there should be plenty of snow by the time the rally starts.
