True, all rally and sports cars in Estonia are getting new numbers, starting with the letters SP since mid year of 2011. These cars do not need to go to regular technical control as they are controlled before each rally anyway.

Yes,SP 0054 (old 300 BCT) is the car of Tamrazov, do you know the chassis number of Saliuk's AA 0513 KI??

Tamrazov started in Ukraine on both Yalta 2010 and 2011 with 300 BCT. THX for the answers.
