According to some fans present at the test, Solberg P was attacking like Hell, was impressively fast and looked to have already the S2000 "in hands" :)

Any early weather indication? How is the road/weather condition now? Any photos from the stages?

It looks very bad. Probably wet rally without snow :(

Just checked some weather sites and the temp seems to be between 2-10 degrees with sunny skies...

but its still 10 days till the rallye starts, so lets hope for some snow.

Delecour is one of the real Monte specialists, somehow I feel it will not a 'jubilee milk-run' from him...

So, my forecast 5 days ago. First part was quite OK. And it gets a bit colder on Tuesday indeed. But then another warm air comes in. It dominates until 18th of January and then it looks like another "cold wave" attacks Europe from the North and it looks like for the stages the cold should arrive by 19th of January. Just when the rally begins. Currently the maps are showing completely dry weather starting from this Thursday until the rally. That means still minus degrees during the night and plus during the days. So, if there is still snow left on the sides of the roads then it makes night stages with black ice very difficult.
