I think Paraguay and Chile are linked rallies so they can't change what ever they want and the car had probably a serious issue that they couldn't have fixed otherwise.Quote:

I didn't see It all, but think it was a good rally, worthy of being on the calendar. New roads, good challenge, plenty of stories. Look forward to it next year.
