It looks like it is correct. According to last info both events will be in September...

Marco Tempestini and Simone Tempestini will both drive Impreza R4 in Rally Liepaja-Ventspils!

I think it is too early to answer this questions...

Is there any draft version of Croatian rally calender for 2013? It should be revealed these days anyway.

Nothing is sure yet. And it is still the same situation. Only some medias "found" some old info, change something and put it as a news... And both teams (Citroen and Ford) are confirming actual negotiations and Robert told, that he wants to be sure before end of the year.
