No, it's not always 3mins between time control and start of the stage. If stage goes "normal" gap may become bigger usually, if stage is canceled very often time is shorter than those 3mins.Quote:

Thought so that it's almost everywhere like that being Timekeeper in Belgium for several years now. And yeah timekeeper at the start should have seen that he must have started at 51 not 50. Quite weird in my opinion.
