But you can give McRae a Skoda and see where it goes! Loeb a Fiesta he will do well in. It's not the car it's Loeb! ;)Quote:

I genuinly would like Mikko could manage more than now.A 4 way battle would be marvellous for all.
As for championship we will see at the end of year. The fastest != the first. As I said a lot of factors affect rally.Quote:

I can tell you that Morrie Chandler himself is the Chairman of the stewards in Argentina (Patric Suberville and Carlos Garcia Remohi are the other stewards).Quote:

It was Article 8.1.1. Basically he went straight in one place, he decided not to reverse and continue slowly (was afraid of car behind in the dust) until back on the road.
It probably happened between split 6 and 7:
http://www.wrc.com/results/2011/rall...mes/?stageno=7 Suddenly Ogier, Loeb and Solberg were faster than Latvala (they were slower before and slower after - except Loeb who was little bit faster later as well)
I have seen such things happening in Germany and in many other places, without penalty, so. consistency on that point is not clear.
Edit: Ok, bit from the current rules:
14.2 ROAD BOOK
All the crews will receive a road book containing a detailed description of the itinerary. This itinerary and
the road direction diagrams must be followed. Any deviation will be reported to the stewards.
