Oh , sure .
Go ahead and dangle a scenario that could potentially have moved my team up the order and then just rip the rug from under us just like that .

My dog , Enzo , the team strategist , was suggesting we might have moved up the order so that we were contenders to win it all in the final races .
I don't think I want to even tell him .
Yesterday was so uplifting for him , as the team has struggled recently to score points .
This will only bring him downward .

I'll roll with it either way. I'm not sure if the Sprints have really impacted scores much for titles and such, but they might impact FGP results more since we all have mixed teams. If you feel the extra work is worth it then go for it. I'm just glad you keep the FGP running. :beer:

It will do nothing other than allow evil to win over good, as attractive as these blatant bribes may be. Stand up for all that is right in the FGP world and let these greasy back door dealers know they won't be tolerated.

Oh , far to the contrary , she's been working on sponsorship deals for next year , and hopes to field a whole new look team that will undoubtedly forge it's way to the top .
This year is a wash .

Thanks for your efforts and keeping FGP running once again N. Jones! Regardless of your position in the standings you are the champion of FGP. :champion:


After a slow start, things came together and I managed to claw it into the top 5 and win some races. I thought those that got Alonso on the team might solidify that lead from the early season races, but in the end AMR and Alonso faded some, and the RB team managed to pull it off.

And no better way to finish the season than to have Yuki as DOTD, and leading the race at one point. He had me wondering why I stuck with him for another year, but in the end manage to scrape up some points. And since Logan got a point, I didn't really waste any money on drivers.

Congratulations to the winners and a special thank you Mr Jones for all of your efforts.

After stumbling at the last few steeples, Team Wise Guy has had a screen drawn around him. He will spend the long dark teatime rocking back and forth mumbling Ricciardo, Ricciardo.


Ricciardo, Piastri and now Doohan - 2023 has been quite a year for the Aussies. F1 still excites me after all these years and I look forward to the 2024 season as much as any before.
