In SS16: (37 - Molle Amaury / Barral Florian): I have a problem with the car, I don't know, if we make it to the finish. In the stage the bonnet opened and it broke the window.
He's improving. in Fafe it was SS15: (29 - Molle Amaury / Barral Florian): (broken windscreen) We've had problem with car after first stage and forget lock the bonnet after we were working on it. Problem with brakes.
Fastest drivers were Miklelsen,Breen and Luky.Different level from all else.
pitty that Luky had this penalty, and we didnt watch a battle with tenths,as it was at first stages.
And a question, why these cement roads with V shape are constructed like this, and not the opposite to drian the water at the fields?
The same shape of roads can be seen in French vineyards in the champagne region (search for Rallye Epernay on youtube, sure you'll find some). The drier the ground (to some extent), the better the quality of the grapes is. So in regions that aren't extremely dry they make these kinds of roads. That way more of the water goes down to lower lying fields instead of into the soil in the vineyards.

I agree. It's a harsh penalty, but rules are rules and it has always been like that. Another driver, who suffered this penalty, is Yoann Bonato. He got a 1 minute penalty for checking in too early on the last stage. As a result he dropped from 10th down to the 14th position in the overall classification.
Seems to me that this was some team orders from Citroen, so Lukyanuk moves up one place.
Also take a look at stewards decision Nº7, It seems Sainteloc made a protest aganist Solberg and was rejected (Article 34.1.5 refers on runing in road section with all four wheels and tyres, so I suposse Solberg run on a road section with a puntucre ¿?):

Munster also logged protest. It was rejected due to 2 minutes delay [19:38-19:40].
That explanation is at least weird...
Yes, would be nice to know a bit more, it's really rare that a protest aganist something that happened on saturday was brought to atention only at last moment, and with that bad procedure from both, one adressing it to clerk of the course and the other not paying on time
Otherwise Canarias is looking great in competition meaning with Luky trying to forget this event, also Spanish national championship will be decided there and top guys will for sure mix in top ERC standigs
Congratations to Mikkelsen on his debut tarmac win in ERC/IRC, took a few years but he got there ;)
Penalty for early check-in is higher than for late check-in to discourage speeding on the public roads. In addition, for events where running earlier in a stage is better, it stops competitors from racing to get a better starting position on the next stage. The FIA sportng regulations have specified 1 minute per minute for early check-in and 10 seconds per minute for late check-in for as long as i can remember - and I've worked on rally results teams for over 30 years!

The Rally Hungary turned out to be dramatic and scant on gifts for us – we earned only 7 points, but nevertheless, we retain the leading position in the FIA ERC. If everything proceeds as it is planned, we will meet at the Rally Islas Canarias very soon.
Well, that is totally clear. Thanks
He changed it before check-in to service park. Probably it was also recorded.
As far, as i know, yes. He changed it for the one, which was already damaged earlier. He cought two punctures during saturday second loop (SS7 and SS9).
It was not on the last stage, but on entry to service. You can see in results (https://rally-base.com/2020/rally-hungary-2020/penalty/) it was in 16C. And it was not mistake...
