I can't get my head around how on earth they ran the stage (and especially given how short it was) without adequate control.

That has to be the most crapy SD of the whole year. About 20s of it are representative of the rally at the start), and those have people in stupid places. The mid part is much more rutted and twisty than the stages and the tarmac part has no turns, just tire chicanes.

Loeb stalls at the first tight hairpin
Another horrible SSS... Big differences though
wait for it...
I don't watch the stage but seeing an average speed of 50 km/h makes my eyes bleed.
It's a better Mickey mouse stage than others we've had in the championship
Ogier pushing like a madman, 3 sec up on the splits
Edit: 4.2 up in finish
Ogier was superb through there. 16s ahead of Mr Loeb now
What the ? How? That was unbelievable from ogier
Is it just me or was ogiers car much lower than others? At least it seemed to me.
Ogier was really flying.
Broadcast continues on All Live, Kopecky running now
I have seen one car on this stage last year. That was enough, completely waste of time for rally fans...
Old champion makes one-off return in a totally new car to cahmpionship and they decide not to show WRC2? Nice.
edit: OK continued after short brake. At least for now.
Which one of Kalle's achievements is more impressive:
- he was faster than five WRCs
- he beat Kopecky on a tricky super special stage
Ogier took his place with great run and genius set-up. Rovanperä and Kopecky did pretty well by beating several WRCs.
Loeb near roll at 0,55

What happened to Huttunen?
Tänak Ott - Järveoja Martin
"I have my Toyota. We will use this advantage."
"It's nice to come back on a WRC rally, I do not drive cars like this every day, I know there's waiting around me, even if that's not what I prefer it because it is not easy to return six years later, we will try to do this at best, I tried to recover old notes of 2009. They were not brilliant, I was obliged to take them back, "smiled the Frenchman, who has lost none of his analysis of the race. "If it's dry on Friday, I should have a good position on the road, maybe it's going to be a good fit for me, and if the rain comes Saturday and then it's dry again on Sunday, that means every day would be different, so getting back into the rhythm might not be the easiest for me ... we'll see ... "
The former world champion naturally has an opinion on the future world champion. "We have three riders fighting at the front, they are sharp, I would be happy to get involved in the fight with the three of them, they have all the qualities, Ogier does not have the best car, but he is still there, Tanak has had some incredible races at the end of the season, Neuville was earlier in the season, it's hard to say which one deserves the title, they have to run free, but they are likely to make a mistake. losing everything Mentally, it's not easy, "he explained.
Finally, a word about his future, which has become very vague following the decision of Peugeot in Rallycross: "My future? I do not know anything at all.We had not asked the question. The WRX was my main program, it will not be any more, at least not with Peugeot, I have not had time to think about it yet. "

Well that’s put a mark in the sand! If this is a tight contest that big advantage from an SSS could prove crucial (though I don’t expect it to be close ;))
maybe more crucial, can be his less available tyres,(depending weather of course)
Ogier Sébastien - Ingrassia Julien
"It won't be easy for the rest of the weekend. We had a good strategy on the tyres but now tomorrow we have a little less tyres than everyone else."
Camilli 6th time btw
Why Camilli is not showing in results?
