I have been followed Sirmacis since he started rally and I wouldn't call his style flamboyant at all. Just look at his dossier - http://www.ewrc-results.com/profile.php?p=9403 very few retirements due to accidents or mechanical reasons (except in 2011 when that Clio was technically poor). Such a start/finish ratio couldn't be achieved with flamboyant driving style.
how turned out Habaj 1 st on the road?

Well i think the rally will be a tall order for Bouffier to get a result on seeing as he is outside the top 15 running order!
OK, good to see. This time top drivers go at the front of the pack! It will be easier to follow the rally online.
If Lukyanuk will drive during the rally like on practices/QS then it will end like in Ypres, with off or mechanical breakdown...
Bouffier will struggle with his road position, but you can never underestimate him.
BTW.
Few weeks ago Lukyanuk was codriving in Subaru during 300 Lakes rally in Lithuania:

BTW, any live TV for the SSS this evening ?
IMO the only rally in the European championship still worth to follow, good event to all of you spectating, I'll be following closely times and info here.
Kajetan Kajetanowicz:
'We have completed the first kilometres of Barum Czech Rally Zlin: free practice and the Qualifying Stage. I am happy with our times, the feeling is OK.
However, I think it should be a bit better if we want to improve or at least to equal our position from last year. On the other hand it is not the most important thing in this rally. We have to think about the championship. We keep it in mind during each rally but now we enter the crucial part of the season. The European Rally Championship title is very important for us, we want to achieve our goal again. It remains to be seen whether we will win it. For now I try to focus on my work and to do my best. I would like to enjoy my driving because these stages enable it.
However, I know that it will not be easy because we fight with very fast drivers on really demanding stages: no less than 40% of the route is completely new to me. I have never raced on those parts and this means an additional challenge. This is why I will try to drive as usual – quickly, efficiently and without mistakes.'
Fastest ERC Junior Chris Ingram on Zlin SSS: 'I absolutely love this stage..' :)
Kreim faster than Kostka?
Pech going to loose 1sec/km to leader? or more?
[SS1] SSS ZLIN (9.30 KMS)
#4 - ALEXEY LUKYANUK
FORD FIESTA R5
"It is good of course, fast guys probably behind me we shall wait and see. First lap was careful then better and better, we need three more laps I think."
lol
Seven Fabia R5s in the top ten after stage one.
Not much to comment from me about the city stage but I have to comment again the Toyota R3. The car IS slow.
SS2 live, Kopecky quickest but Luky very close. Sirmacis impressive to be ahead of local more experienced crews with Fabia R5.

Looks like the 123 is set from the beginning of the rally here... Kopecky the local master; Luky the crazy man trying to match him; Kajto going steady for the Ch'ship points.
Battle on for 4th and the Juniors.
Great start by Ingram in the Juniors.. now leading Griebel by 16.2 sec ! :)
Crazy pace by Ingram, I hope he keeps it on the road :)
lol

kopecky after SS4: 'You know what you can expect from some parts when you know. I have to say @AlexeyLukyanuk is doing a great job" #FIAERC
Good pace from Jacob Madsen. Will be interesting to see when he fights for the ERC Junior title next year...:)
Problems to Cerny

Semetin!...my favourite stage in richard burns rally...who never drove it, i invite to do:D...amazing feelings! hiihi
what a duel, between Kopecky and Luky!..let's hope now that Kajto is out Luky will not give up...i don't think...hope for a great duel till the end!
end at Semetin stage was 33 celsius hot.Pirelli worked excellent at this temp.
Luky is very impressive, for a specialist rally like Barum against Kopecky.
Pitty that Pech is out of fight with his choice of rgt car.
