Tanak keeping pace, but can he on the long stage though..
Lappi is fast on all surfaces but his only problem is he can´t handle the pressure with ease. Even today he is in some kind of spasm despite having Athos (Tidemand) and Porthos (Kopecky) to help him :D He saw Tidemand crashed twice during Corsica and wanted to finish without problems...so that is why he wasn´t able to beat Maurin BTW. Maurin is not slow.
Many drivers saying they were saving their tyres for the final stage today, but clearly so was Ogier !
the two long stages are enough for the master to get rid of all the wannabee champions...one and only latvala can mach this .....
Oh Noez!! Just checked the entry list..Saw its a round of the Drive D-mack cup..
But no hide nor hair of the American guy who has been in it this year..
How can this be!!!!!! a Catastrophe of never seen proportions Oh My God!!
Why this guy has singled handedly proven tha America has arrived and as one fan said "Our top guys can Hold their Own" against the best in any country!!!
(does that mean when they go to the loo, the team doesn't have to send a mechanic with them to hold "it"?, they can hold their own)
I thought those guys signed a deal to do all the rounds...how could they start this event without the American Sooooper -star D-mack guy?
Aren't you all disappointed??
I'm crying so much I can barely type..
why the hell they have that tarmac part there? Tänak would be leader if it wouldnt be there :P. Only one who was up on splits against Ogier before tarmac.
It looks like Kubica got another puncture... Impressive. Four punctures in one day. I'm affraid that he doesn't have any available spares at the moment. Good job Pirelli.
Prokop also with puncture :D
Edit:
Sorry it wasn't puncture, it was problem with gearbox, he stuck in 3rd gear
Stuck in third gear this time :(
eh car failure for Kubica, what a shame, he has such incredible pace, but no car under him
Tanak
. "I lost the rear tyres on the tarmac section. There was really no chance to go faster after that. But we've had a good day today. We have shown again that we have good pace on gravel."
Good? I'd say he had a great pace today!
So many car failure for Kubica this year... what a shame :/

watching Sordo landing ...I found I have no idea where is Karl Kruuda now? Anybody knows?
Anyone know how to get to any good spots on La Figuera or Poboleda tomorrow morning? Every guide on the website says 'get there the night before' but I'm not doing that; about 7 or 8am is about my plan. Doesn't need to be a spectacular spot, just somewhere with ample parking not a million miles from the stage. If not, I guess I'll park at El Molar and walk into the stage a bit from there.
seems like that EightGear.

I had to look it up, but you mean Will Hudson? I've never head of him at the two US events where I volunteer and it looks like his best result is in Canada. On the other hand I've had words with his co-driver over getting extra time for dust when he was navigating for Ken Block.
A few photos from today, we chose some fast places. One place (which you can see on photos of Evans and Paddon below) was really impressive, some very fast long corner with two small jumps in it (one in the middle of the corner and another in the exit). It was interesting to see completely different lines/styles that were +- just as quick, very hard to judge. It was clear that the Polo's take the bumps/jumps much better in situations like this. Looking forward to the asphalt stages, we did some recce on them, and my respect for these stages only grew. They must be difficult to make pacenotes, as almost every corner is followed directly by another and it's not easy to find the best line.

I had lost hope for Kubica as his speed was dwindling, but the last two events he has proved me wrong. Seems his consistency is better as well, shame the machinery is letting him down now. Kinda like germany last year!
Also shame his future is uncertain. He could have done well, I think, if a manufacturer had actually spent some time and effort on him... but they want results yesterday so.
Really happy about Tidemand... c'mon Tänak and Østberg!
Bertelli stopped like 5 km into the stage... gee -_-
That dude really sucks!
nice beginning from Tänak. i hope he can continue like this and keep SOrdo behind.
