Motorsports Forum Journalists caught up with Aki's Hedgehog Racing Teams boss Steveaki13 straight after the Australian GP to get an immediate reaction to the opening race.
MFJ: Steveaki13....can we have a word. How was that?
SA13: Great absolutely brill. We have shown that our link up with Hedgehog Gutter Brush has really paid off.
MFJ: But what's it like to see your team up the sharp end rather than lapped 23 times like it was last season?
SA13: A dream, Dan drove a great race, but what a performance from our chassis. That Merc has some great handling. The Macca engine ran smoothly and was faultless.
MFJ: The only let down was Pastor Maldonado.
SA13: That guy and his car stink. He appears to be a joke this season, but hey we support him. I always enjoy a good joke. Hopefully he can improve later on.
MFJ: Cheers for your time.

I think we should extend the deadline and allow new entries until after Malaysia.
Yes they'll have a better idea of who stands where, but on the downside they won't score points for the GPs they have missed.
This way we might still get something like 50 entries.

what started of as a promising race and results this weekend turned into an utter nightmare by lap 3
but it is a long season and my team is still in a remarkable position to deliver some excellent points.
Aki's Hedgehog Racing Team have released a statement.
"We at AHRT are very disappointed that the FIA have decided to DSQ our lead driver, Daniel drove a brilliant race and was going to keep us in the top 5 or 6 in the Australian FGP. Sadly now we have been demoted.
Mercedes Chassis was a real bonus. It was fast but we do wish both cars had finished. McLaren are a boost though as the Engine was promoted to 2nd.
Maldonado tried hard, but is in a shockingly sh** car.
We are still happy that we are not a true backmarker and look forward to developing the team some more in time for Malaysia. "
Happy Bubble Racing Team is unhappy to lose Ricciardo's second position, but regardless of that the pace that has been shown is encouraging.
Also Happy Bubble Racing Team congratulates all those, who have chosen Magnussen.
"He has already got 18 points on board, while our Ricciardo is on zero. We are very wary of all of you, who have chosen K-Mag, because he has good chances of beating Ricciardo this year."
POSF1 laments the fact that their owner sucks at picking a competitive lineup. Is there anyone out there who would like to buy POSF1? We've got two good sponsors in OxyClean and Lionel!

Nope, mine is fine. Extremerevs (McLaren Forever) had Russia but seems to have double points for todays GP :)

Team Sandancer principal DazzlaF1 has declared himself satisfied with his teams finish of equal 29th, with a reputation of being the worst of the worst, this marks a significant improvement
DazzlaF1 told a slightly interested press conference "I am happy for Bottas getting us some good points, and that our journey to progress from the wooden spoon to mediocrity has started off very well indeed, now if you excuse me, im off to find the fool responsible for Hamilton's retirement and deliver a severe beating!"
