I don't want to disagree with you because you know more of the ERC than any of us but, in regulation says: "Drivers must be 25 and under on 1 January 2014 to be able to take part"

Bostanci will have 25 years old until 2014 December 3. At that date, the championship is over

Despite I dont agree with it (I wanted one year more), regulations says:

9.2.1 In order to score points for the ERC Junior Championship, drivers who were born on or after 1 January 1989 must register with the ERC Promoter by using the Junior Driver agreement before the closing date of the first rally entered.

I completely agree with you.

The part of sentence with "25 years" mystified a lot of people I think...moreover for example that JWRC is for drivers under 26, but Prokop born October 1982 won JWRC in 2009 which is again confusing. Anyway my fault. The case is closed for me now:)
