Neuville has never been IRC champion ;)

Last four champions are Mikkelsen (2x), Hänninen, Meeke and Vouilloz.

I should have phrased it "the IRC champions of the last 4 years"...

But to the above you can add Neuville as an IRC graduate - a pretty good record I'd say.
