As for Tony's logic Jan, well, he doesn't see anything as happening in the USA as unimportant, and anything happening overseas as important at all. Take it with a grain of salt...

Rooting for Mexico, but seeing as how they played against Senegal, they're not going too far in this World Cup.

I really can't see Chad 8-5 running around for almost two hours and being able to have the endurance to hang with football's most elite. I love American football (saw my first Bengal's game last season), but you're comparing apples and oranges.

I think that it's a safe bet that the Netherlands would beat New York, even without Van Nistelrooy in this year's 30 man provisional squad.
(Actually I think that New York would struggle against Blackpool for that matter. Blackpool could be in the Premier League next year).

You think ole Ochocinqo couldn't run for 90 minutes? You see the guy? No fat on him. I suspect he is quite capable of running on a soccer pitch for 90 minutes. An athlete is an athlete as far as conditioning is concerned. He may not have any skill, but I don't see Wayne Rooney making an NFL squad either...
